Exchange, Return and Refund Policy
EXCHANGE
- Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the following terms and conditions.
- We are committed to make your shopping experience enjoyable and easy! Please read through the following terms & conditions prior making a purchase.
- Exchange will only be allowed in case the product received is damaged/ defective/incorrect. Please note that all the products are handcrafted and a little variation in design / oxidizing is natural. Two units of the same design may differ slightly and will not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
- The products have been photographed under lights and the actual product may differ slightly when seen under normal lights. This will also not be accepted as a valid reason for exchange.
RETURN
- All the purchases will be non-refundable except in the case when we have been unable to deliver the product within 10 days of placing the order. We generally deliver all our products within 3-6 business days of placing the order
- We do not accept returns.
REFUND
Note : Refund is not applicable to any product purchased at Riwaayatitrends.com, except the product is damaged or wrong product is sent to you. In such cases, Please inform us with 24 hrs once you receive the product

- Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries within India.
